NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Peach Bottom Township, York County, Pennsylvania, will hold a Public Hearing on May 29, 2024, starting at 7:00 p.m., in the Peach Bottom Township Office Building, 6880 Delta Road, Suite 3, Delta, PA 17314
Public Hearing 2024-02 is concerning an application by Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, requesting a Special Exception and Variance to permit the construction and operation of a wireless communications facility, including antennas, tower and equipment within the Agricultural Zoning District located at 1348 Bryansville Road, Delta, Pennsylvania, also known as Map BO Parcel 2.
Interested members of the public may appear and will be given the opportunity to be heard. As the outcome of this proceeding is dependent upon application of legal principles, all parties should consider consulting an attorney.
