*NOTE* All applications must be turned in to the Peach Bottom Township Office with:

1. TWO copies of all paperwork, including application and site plans

2. $100 application fee (cash or check only) to Peach Bottom Township. There may be additional fees when the permit is returned from Commonwealth Code

New dwelling construction

Accessory building 1000 sq.ft. or more

Alterations and additions to existing residential structures

Decks over 30″ high

Basement finishing

Changing type of heating/cooling system

Roofed porches

Attached garages

Solar

Adding windows or doors or changing them to a different size

Swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs (Appendix G)
All swimming pools that hold 24″ of water require both a Zoning and Building Permit. And pools with less than 48″ sides require a fence. All spas require permits also. This information applies to in-ground, above ground and storable pools.
